Tripinned collects only the information needed to provide and protect the service.

• Account data: email address, name, or nickname
• Social sign-in data: provider account identifier, email, and profile image
• Automatically collected data: IP address, cookies, device data, and service activity

• Create, verify, and manage accounts
• Provide itinerary creation, sharing, and related service features
• Respond to support, correction, and privacy-removal requests
• Protect, analyze, and improve the service

We delete personal data when an account is closed or the processing purpose is complete, unless applicable law requires a longer retention period.

• Electronic commerce records: 5 years
• Consumer complaint or dispute records: 3 years
• Access logs: 3 months

Tripinned does not sell personal data. We may allow providers that support authentication, payments, maps, analytics, or advertising to process data only as needed to operate the service and subject to applicable contracts and law.

We do not disclose personal data for unrelated purposes unless you consent or disclosure is required by law.

Tripinned uses necessary cookies for sign-in, language preferences, and security.

When Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to Tripinned or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on those visits.

You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. If other advertising vendors are enabled, you may use their websites or an industry opt-out service where available. In regions where consent is required, advertising cookie choices are presented before those cookies are used.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and ask questions about how it is processed.

Place searches are sent to Google to resolve coordinates.

Opening a Google Maps link sends the selected location's exact coordinates to Google.
