Terms of Service

These terms describe the rights, responsibilities, and basic conditions that apply when using Tripinned. Effective January 1, 2025

1. Purpose

These terms govern the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between Tripinned and people who use its travel itinerary management service.

2. Definitions

  • Service means the travel itinerary management platform provided by Tripinned.
  • User means any member or visitor who uses the service under these terms.
  • Member means a person who registers an account and continues to use the service.

3. Effect and changes

These terms apply to all users. Tripinned may update them when necessary and will announce changes through the service. Users who do not agree may stop using the service and close their account.

4. Registration

A user applies for membership by submitting the required registration information and accepting these terms. Registration is complete when Tripinned approves the application.

5. Service availability

The service is generally available every day. Tripinned may change or temporarily suspend some or all features for maintenance, outages, or operational needs, with advance or emergency notice where practical.

6. User responsibilities

  • Do not collect another person's personal data without permission or submit false information.
  • Do not use the service to violate law, another person's rights, or these terms.
  • Keep account credentials secure and do not allow unauthorized third-party use.

7. Intellectual property

Rights in Tripinned software, branding, and company-created content belong to Tripinned or the applicable rights holder. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit company-owned content without prior permission.

8. Disclaimer

Tripinned is not liable for loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as disasters, war, communication failures, or a user's own actions. Public itineraries may be created by users, so travelers should independently verify bookings, prices, opening hours, and safety information.

9. Paid services and refunds

  • Paid subscriptions may be purchased through PayApp, Paddle, or a supported app store.
  • A refund for a direct payment may be requested within 5 days of purchase if the service has not been used.
  • Paddle refunds may deduct Paddle's payment fee of 5% of the purchase amount plus USD 0.50.
  • Google Play in-app purchase refunds must be requested through Google Play under its refund policy.
  • If App Store purchases become available, refunds must be requested through Apple under its refund policy.

10. Dispute resolution

The parties will first try in good faith to resolve service-related disputes. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws and competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
